Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARCELO FERNANDEZ Peacefully, on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at the Seven Oaks Hospital, Marcelo Fernandez passed away at the age of 88 years. Marcelo was predeceased by his beloved wife Glorina in 2015. He will be lovingly remembered by his children: Remedios (Nelson) Tan, Daisy (Arnold) Maranan, Jennie Fernandez, Aurea (Marino) Manuel, Eddie (Glamor) and Zaldy (Catherine), son-in-law Freddie Pineda, 14 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Marcelo will be fondly remembered as a family man. He emigrated in the 1980s and was lovingly known for his hard work. He cherished the time he spent with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be dearly missed. Lamay (Viewing) will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2018 from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight. Prayers will be said at 7:30 p.m. at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Edward's Parish, 836 Arlington Street at 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 6, 2018. Interment will follow at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. The family wish to extend a special thanks to Seven Oaks Hospital, 5th floor, Units 4 and 7 for their loving care and support given to our "Tatay".
