GLORIA ANN ALMROTH May 15, 1957 - July 2, 2018 It is with great sadness that we announce Gloria's passing at Southlake Regional Health Centre. She is deeply missed by her beloved husband Dennis and her loving son Sheldon. She was the dear Gram and companion of Lily. She will be sorely missed by her parents, Herb and Shirley Weidman, mother-in-law Gunborg (the late Gunnar), brother Herb Jr. (Agnes), and sisters-in-laws, Britt Almroth and Rose (Bruce Hamilton). She will be forever remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Gloria was an accomplished career woman with a passion for gardening, birds and being the family anchor. Family and friends will be received at ELGIN MILLS CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 1591 Elgin Mills Rd. E., Richmond Hill (east of Leslie St., 905-737-1720) on Saturday, July 14 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. Scattering of Gloria's cremated remains will take place at Queensville Cemetery, 20778 Leslie St., Queensville at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
