PAT CLAIRE FREY 1955 - 2018 Peacefully, after a courageous battle with cancer, it is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Pat Claire Frey on Friday, July 27, 2018, at the age of 63 years. Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Ruby; sisters, Linda (Leo), Susan (James), Ruth (Mervin) and Margret; brother Charles; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Pat was predeceased by her father Erich (Ed) and her baby sister Trudy. Having a passion for collecting stamps, she was able to devote time and patience to the collection that she started when she was very young. She spent many hours reading and drawing. Watching old movies and listening to easy listening music was a source of comfort and enjoyment. The family would like to thank the staff on 6-AW at the St. Boniface Hospital for the tender care they provided to Pat while she was in her final days. In keeping with the wishes of Pat, there will be no funeral service in Winnipeg. She will be taken home to Kenora, ON and placed with her grandparents and Trudy.
