MYRA MASLYK In loving memory of Myra Maslyk, who passed away on August 9, 2018, at St. Boniface Hospital, at the age of 79 years. She was predeceased by her loving husband Tom Maslyk and her brother Stanley. Myra will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sons, Tom and Andrew (Lisa); her sister Eloise (Alex); and also her grandchildren, Luke, Kristen and Robin, who loved their Baba very much. Myra held her family near and dear to her heart, and was a devoted baba and mom. She was always willing to sit for hours in a cold arena to watch her grandchildren play hockey. Myra was also a very talented seamstress, always dedicating her time to create beautiful and intricate Ukrainian blouses. A celebration of Myra's life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 20, 2018, Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. Interment will follow at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at St. Boniface Hospital, 5th floor, for their care during Myra's last days.
