TINA THORSTEINSON (Martina Elizabeth Kloek) January 25, 1955 - September 12, 2018 Daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, friend, but most of all Gramma. After a short but courageous battle with appendix cancer, Tina was led home to her Saviour. Predeceased by her father Martin and mother Janna Kloek. She is survived by her husband Marvin. Children, Jessica (Rob) Kreviazuk, Courtney Wuskynyk, Sarah (Steve) Michaluk, and Justin. Grandchildren, Alexander, Annika, Jack, Wyatt, Emily, Lily, Hanna, and Olivia. Brother Peter Kloek, sister Jennifer (Brad) Smith and families. The family wishes to thank CancerCare Manitoba Foundation and the staff at Seven Oaks Hospital for their love, care and concern over these last months for Tina and the family. A memorial service in Tina's honour will take place on Thursday, September 27, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at Covenant Christian Reformed Church, 653 Knowles Avenue, Winnipeg. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba Foundation or the Winnipeg Humane Society.
