Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHRISTOPHER LORNE COX Suddenly, on May 31, 2018, at 43 years of age, Chris left us. Born on December 16, 1974, Chris was an active, healthy brother to Ron and Terry, and son to Lorne and Nancy. At the age of 24, he was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and after several hospitalizations and medication adjustments he went on to lead a normal life, working for Alumicor for more than 10 years. We were so proud of his perseverance, loyalty and reliability. Many thanks to his Alumicor family. Chris was known to some as a "gentle giant". He was a really nice person. We all miss him daily, especially his roommate of 15 years, Gary. Chris was predeceased by his Dad on January 16, 2017. Cremation and private family service has taken place.

I was saddened to read of Chris’ passing (and just now, of Lorne’s too). I remember Chris as a sweet, quiet young boy and playmate of our sons, Reid and Myles. Sincere condolences, Diane - Posted by: Diane Fontaine (Former Neighbour) on: Sep 22, 2018
