Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEVELYN PERKINS Peacefully in her sleep at Riverview Hospital, Evelyn passed away on September 20, 2018 at the age of 88. Evelyn Caroline Perkins (nee Kull) was born on November 16, 1929 in the city of Winnipeg. She lived a full and healthy life and will be remembered as a kind and gracious woman. Evelyn was a lifelong member of the Holy Cross Lutheran Church where she spent many happy hours singing in the church choir. Evelyn was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Walter. She is survived and will be lovingly remembered by her children, Judy (Lyn), Janice (Miles) and Rick (Lynne), seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren as well as her two sisters and one brother. As per Mom's wishes, a celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 108 McCalman Ave. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Mom's memory to the Holy Cross Lutheran Church.

We had many great times that I will cherish the rest of my life. She was a great friend. I could easily write a book on all our adventures with Wally, Evie, Peter and myself and sometimes with all our families. Remembering all the times our families got together for church picnics, weddings or just visits with Dad and Mom and all of us kids. Great laughter was heard, loving conversation were had and fun for all us kids! Where does time go? Mom is safe with Jesus now ...praying that comforts you all.
