EGAR (GERRY) KOLODIY Egar "Gerry" Kolodiy passed suddenly on Friday, August 31, 2018. He passed at the age of 58 with his family close by. He was a loving father, Poppa, brother and uncle. Left to cherish his memory are his daughter JeriLee (Clinton Bland), son Jerry Crampton (Heather Bohn), his seven grandchildren who meant the world to him: Jarell, Jordyn, Kayla, Kristine, Kaitlyn, Krystal and Kelsey. Also his two brothers, Earl Kolodiy and Walter Kolodiy, his niece (three great-nieces) and his nephew. Cremation has taken place. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 12:30 p.m. at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, 737 Bannerman Avenue, Winnipeg, MB. We invite all, who Gerry's spirit touched, to join his family and friends in honouring his life. Gerry will always hold a place in our hearts and minds. Gerry could and would fix anything for friends and family. Interment at Holy Family Cemetery will be determined for on another day. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association - Manitoba division.
