Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARY BENNETT WRUBLOWSKY (nee ROBERTSON) Peacefully with family by her side, Mom made her final journey on October 25, 2018. Mom passed away at River Park Gardens at the age of 86. She will be missed by her children, Janet (Jim), Joan (Russ), Bob (Bernie), Christine (Dale), Maureen (Ray); and grandchildren, Christopher (Cristi), Kyle, Randi, Reid (Matt), Megan, Kim (Anthony), Steph, Curtis, Jess, Nic and great-grandson Odin. Mom was born and raised in Auchinleck, Scotland. At 18, she was hired as a Nanny and made her way to Winnipeg. Mom and Dad were married in 1956. Mom was a stay-at-home Mom until we were all in school. Mom took great pride in her career as a manager with Laura Secord. Family was always important to Mom. She loved getting together for dinner on special occasions. Christmas was one of Mom's favourite holidays, she passed this on to all us kids! We would like to thank the amazing staff at River Park Gardens Personal Care Home. The love and support they gave to our Mom during her time there was very appreciated. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 820 Cottonwood Road on Wednesday, October 31 at 11:00 a.m.; reception to follow. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 120 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 4G2. So sorry to see your Mom has passed away. I have fond memories of our families getting together both at West Hawk Lake and at St. Vital Park for the picnics.
