VALERE AURELE DUMAINE July 24, 1955 - October 24, 2018 It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, brother and friend Valere Aurele Dumaine. Valere passed away peacefully in his home in Ile des Chene, MB, after a difficult battle with cancer on October 24, 2018 at the age of 63. He was predeceased by his mother Laurence Cournoyer; father Aime Dumaine; brothers, Paul and Roger; sisters, Dolores and Little Della. He is survived by his children, Crystal (Rob), Daniel (Renea) and Shane (Cindy); and stepson Rick; grandchildren, Cody, Shawn, Mathieu and Riley; first wife Gilberte and family; second wife Darlene and family; brothers and sisters, Doris (Dennis), Ernest (Jeannette), Raymond (Joanne), Denise (Vern), Jules (Ginny), Charles, Diane (Tom), John and Della (Renald); as well as many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank all the staff at St. Boniface Hospital and palliative care for all their support. A celebration in honour of Val's life will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at the Ile des Chene Hall, 1 Rivard Street at 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba. www.voyagefuneralhomes.com
