Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySUSAN HEATHER SVEINSON Susan Heather Sveinson died unexpectedly, yet peacefully, on Sunday, October 14, 2018 in Winnipeg, MB. Susan was born on March 26, 1979. She was a lifelong resident of Winnipeg, MB and graduated from Grant Park High School in 1997. She was a devoted mother to her son, Jace and loved spending summers at Sandy Hook, MB with family and friends. She was a caring and generous woman who was taken from us far too soon. She is survived by her father, William Sveinson, her sister, Julie (Rob) Pelc, her son, Jason (Jace) Sveinson and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She will be greatly missed by all her friends and extended family, both near and far. A private memorial with family has already been held. There will be no public memorial service. Donations can be made in her name to the Society for Manitobans with Disabilities (SMD Foundation) through their website: www.smd.mb.ca.
