CHARLENE DIANE DALMAN Charlene Dalman passed away, with family by her side, on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Health Sciences Centre. She will be dearly missed by her husband Andy Normand. She leaves to mourn her daughter Windy Emms, and her grandchildren, Zachery and Hailey Nykoluk. The family will gather for a private service at Brookside Cemetery with Cropo Funeral Chapel on Thursday, November 22.
