Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryOSCAR NOE It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our loving father and husband, Oscar Noe. He departed on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 4:42 a.m. due to a cerebral hemorrhage. Oscar was born May 7, 1929 in Holland, and shortly after, his mother and father returned to Indonesia where they raised him and his brother Rudy. In 1955, he married the love of his life, Martha, and they immigrated to Canada and created a loving family home in Transcona. Oscar had a successful career working for the government as an Architectural Technical Officer. Together Oscar and Martha raised three daughters and enjoyed many wonderful camping trips. Dad showed us how to embrace nature and treasure the simple things in life, love and laugh. We woke up with the birds singing, picked blueberries, swam in the lake, explored the area in kayaks and visited the bears at the garbage dump in the evening. Oscar will be deeply missed by his beautiful wife Martha, daughters, Madeleine, Diana and Esther. He will also be missed by his sons-in-law, Darryl, Brad, Jim and grandchildren, Nicholas, Jacqueline, Devin, Cody, Raina, Kellen and five great-grandchildren, Dax, Van, Levi, Nyla and Brooklyn. It was Oscar's wishes to have a private family Celebration of Life. He treasured many dear friendships and he would appreciate your continued support for Martha.
