DAVID WILLIAM MUZIK Suddenly on November 26, 2018, aged 54, Dave passed away. He is survived by spouse Susan McQuade, brother Greg Muzik (Cora), and his pets, Ginger, Kelly and Tyger. According to Dave's wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date.
