MARCELINA GUTIERREZ With family by her side, Marcelina Gutierrez passed away on November 30, 2018 at the St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 93. She was predeceased by her husband Florencio Gutierrez Sr. and son Isidro Gutierrez Sr. Her many memories will be cherished by her children, Regino (Remy), Isidro - deceased (Luisa), Nelia (Villamor), Arcadia, Fe, Larry (Mina), Florentina (Edgar), Sally (Victor Jr.), Gabby (Carol), Florencio Jr. (Carrie), Jose (Merly) and Felix (Vhee), 36 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren. Marcelina was born in Guimba, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. Her pride and joy was her big family, and she was happiest during family gatherings. She was an inspiring woman who brought strength, perseverance, love and light, not only to her family but to all she met. Her strong faith in God and her positive attitude helped her overcome the many challenges of life. The family would like to express their sincere thanks to Dr. E. Malabanan and the compassionate staff at the St. Boniface Hospital Emergency and IMCU. Lamay will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 7, 2018 at the Glen Lawn Funeral Home.
