• This morning the strangest thing happened. I was crying last night missing my husband so much and not quite believing he was gone and that I’d never see him again in this life. For two days and two nights now, I have asked him “to wait for me” and be the one to come for me when my time has arrived. I asked for a sign to know that he had heard me and that he was in the good place he deserved so much. I told him how sorry I was that I didn't tell him that I loved him more often than I did. Then, this morning as I am getting ready for work I had the radio on which is odd because I never listen to the radio. Then just as I walked into the kitchen almost ready to leave and brave the cold, Mumford and Son’s came on playing “I will wait for you”. • I grew up with Gerry next door for most of my childhood. He was also so kind, and I’ll always remember his laugh! I will never forget that he had the most incredible movie collection in his basement - walls and walls of VHS! And some days they would tell me to go downstairs and pick out whichever movie I wanted to watch. That was always so special for me as a little kid! • I was very sad to hear of the passing of my cousin Gerald. My prayers and condolences to his wife Karen and his children Marshall and Sabrina. He was a great guy and I will always cherish the memories of him when we spent time together when we were younger. He was always so kind and patient with me when I was a kid and he taught me to appreciate music and how it can make you feel better no matter what is going on in you life.
