A devoted husband and father, he is survived by his wife Marianne; children, Karin Arpin (Robert), Peter Berst, Susan Burkitt (Neil Sylvestre) and Christine Ridley (Mike); and grandchildren, Jeffrey, Erik, Scott, Kelly, Matt, Katie and Mark. Although gone from this earth, he will always be present in our hearts. Rest in peace, Dad. We love you. Even though he was there for only a short time, the family would like to thank the staff at River Park Gardens for their kindness and care during his residence. Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Lawn Funeral Home.
