Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDOROTHY KUHN (nee HARRISON) It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Dorothy Kuhn on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at the age of 78. Dorothy was predeceased by her loving husband Willie; parents, Albert and Thelma, and brother Ivan. She will be lovingly remembered by her three daughters, Donna (Dave), Val (Rick) and Cheryl (Darren); eight grandchildren; brothers, Mac (Linda) and Keith; sisters, Lorraine and Diane (Wilf); as well as extended family and friends. Mom loved her family and was very proud of her children and grandchildren. She retired after working 15 years for the Manitoba Government. She enjoyed summers at Seven Sisters, attending her grandchildren's school and sporting activities, family celebrations and winters in Texas. She was happiest when she was surrounded by her family and friends, and will be dearly missed by all of us. In keeping with Mom's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held at a later date. MY CONDOLENCES TO DONNA, VAL, CHERYL AND FAMILY. SO SORRY AND SURPRISED TO HEAR OF THE PASSING OF MY AUNT. I HAVE VERY FOND MEMORIES OF GOING OUT TO SEVEN SISTERS WITH UNCLE WILLIE AND AUNTY DOROTHY IN THAT OLD MONARCH. YOU COULD DRIVE OUT TO THE TRAILOR ANY TIME AND SHE WOULD HAVE A BEER WITH YOU. SEVERAL YEARS BACK WE ALL WENT TO THE HOTEL AND WE SANG DANCED AND LAUGHED SO HARD, SHE WAS ALWAYS UP FOR A GOOD TIME. I WAS FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO PICK AUNTY DOROTHY UP AND WE DROVE TO SEVEN SISTERS WERE WE SPENT THE DAY OUT THERE, ONCE AGAIN WE FOUND OURSELVES IN THE BAR WHERE WE TALKED TO PEOPLE SHE NEW WE ATE AND YES A BEER. AUNTY DOROTHY HAD THE BEST LAUGH EVER. THE BEST PART OF THAT DAY WAS I GOT TO TELL HER I LOVED HER. I'M SAD SHE'S GONE BUT GLAD I HAD THAT DAY WITH HER. I LOVE YOU AUNTY DOROTHY.
