MORTON SIMCOE We are sad to announce the passing of Morton Simcoe, who passed away early Saturday morning, March 30, 2019. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 3 at 11:00 a.m., at the Shaarey Zedek Synagogue, 561 Wellington Crescent. Burial will take place following the ceremony at Shaarey Zedek Cemetery, 230 Armstrong Ave. Meal of consolation will follow the burial at the Shaarey Zedek Synagogue.

Morty, was a very special person. I knew him for 50 years. He was a kind and sensitive human being. When you talked to him he always asked how everyone in your family was doing. He really wanted to know about where you life is currently. He was always appreciative of a phone call, and I never felt that I was bothering him. He always spoke lovingly about his two sons, Benji and Jeremy and Jeremy‘s wife. He often mentioned his sister-in-law, Judy‘s support to him. His death will leave a big hole in my life.
