She was predeceased by her parents, siblings and husband Fred Massey. She is survived by her children, Eric Massey and Eliza Massey.
Funeral service to be held at Calvary Temple, 400 Hargrave St., followed by interment at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.

To all of Rahats family, May God console you with His Tender Loving Mercies. I knew Rahat as we worked together for a while at a care home in Winnipeg. She was a soft spoken and gentle person, with a smile that lit up ones heart and the room she was in. This has made me sad, but we know we travel this earth to reach God in the True home... Heaven. Rahat, I know you are there and watching lovingly your family here on earth. I remember Rahat always speaking of her family, and working hard to help them. Your are in Peace ...
