KEITH DOUGLAS REIMER
Keith was predeceased by his parents, Eric and Laura Reimer; and his brother Garth. He will be lovingly remembered by his sisters, Joy (Bob) Hinkelman, Charmagne Reimer deVeer; nieces, Lissa (Justin) VanDorp, Amanda (Kamil) Karczewski; nephew Stephen (Jessica) Reimer; foster family, Nancy Murcia, Luis Torres and their families; special friend Lorena; relatives and many dear friends.
Our Keithy Boy was an amazing athlete in his younger years, winning several Special Olympics Medals and many bowling trophies which he treasured. He endured many intellectual challenges with grace and dignity. He was known for his impeccable manners and his big LONG hugs. He had a naughty sense of humour and loved to play tricks. He loved to play Lego, Jenga, mini golf and the slots (he ALWAYS won something).
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. A private family interment will take place at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Keith to Inclusion Winnipeg.
Special thanks to the staff in the ER and E6 of St. Boniface Hospital for their kindness and caring of our brother.
Family and friends may sign a book of condolence at www.glenlawn.ca.
He will be greatly missed.

I only met Keith on a couple of occasions but was charmed by his loving, warm nature and that certain twinkle in his eye when Joy shared a story of some mischievous trick he had played. His love for Joy and Bob shone through in the times we met as their love and concern for Keith shone with equal brilliance. Joy, with stalwart backing from Bob, was such an amazing advocate for Keith. It was a pleasure and an honour to share time with all of you! Keith's life was such a gift to those who met and appreciated him. - Posted by: Rod Lauder (acquaintance) on: May 07, 2019
