EDWARD JOSEPH DEGAGNE
1958 - 2019
The happiest day of his life was when he married his best friend Lucy. Eddy loved his family immensely, and truly enjoyed being there for them and his friends.
He will be dearly missed by his treasured spouse of 20 years, Lucy; adoring parents, Rene and Jeannette; stepchildren, Sherry-Lynn (Allan), Charlotte (Gord) and John; grandchildren, Everett, Kieran, Brikay, Keenan, Kalin and Tian; sisters, Doris (Glenn) and Irene (Neal); nieces and nephews, Linda (Rob), Ed (Aleesha), Michael (Sam), Brendan (Mandy) and Shaylene (Mark); great-nieces and nephews, Sarah, Abigail, Daniel, Landyn, and Emma; and numerous family members and life-long friends.
Eddy truly was a blessing to us all.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home with reception to follow.

So sorry for the loss of your dear husband. Although we lost touch after the Hadashville days, it sure brings back fond memories of Eddy and family. What a tremendous photo to capture the essence of who Eddy was. So many great memories come to mind. He wore his heart on his sleeve and a more genuine human being you will rarely find.
