FRANKLIN WILLIAM MCKINNEY
He will be deeply missed by his wife Judy; daughter Shayla (Keith); brother Daryl (Colleen); nephews, Scott and Shawn; Judy's sister Gayle Fischer; nieces, Jennifer (Ron) and Jillian; nephew Michael (Allison); and great-nephews, Braden, Carson and Anderson. Frank's first wife Beverly will also remember him fondly.
Frank was predeceased by his parents, Vic and Gladys McKinney of Dauphin.
Frank's laugh, humour, reliability, patience, love and generous ways are memories that we will carry in our hearts forever. Anyone who met Frank will feel his loss.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and caregivers at St. Boniface Hospital and Beacon Hill Lodge Care Home. All of you were a tremendous help and support for all of us during the past few years. Your patience, kindness and compassion are so greatly appreciated.
The family will cherish his memory forever and give him a worthy send-off later this year at a favourite spot of Frank's choosing: the great outdoors!
Those wishing to honour Frank may donate to the Kidney Foundation of Manitoba or a charity of your choice.

So sorry Judy. Frank was a great room partner. Enjoyed his company. Also had great visits during dialysis and was very sad to watch him loose the battle. Take care Judy. - Posted by: Ron and Hilda Stagg (Hospital buddies) on: May 14, 2019

Frank loved to golf and he was an annual participant at the The Wild Boar Golf Classic in which he won many times. His quiet manner and good sportsmanship on the golf course were truly appreciated by all. With a sense of humour he always loved a challenge as he enjoyed helping first time golfers become better golfers. Our sympathies and prayers to Judy and family. - Posted by: Jack Kowalchuk (Friend) on: May 12, 2019

Too many to relate but suffice was we enjoyed each other's company and respected each other's experiences. Shared ups and downs and life's surprises. Loved to laugh together. He established nurseries for Forestry and we both did administration and I worked with his wife Jude in Administrative Services together as well. Rest in peace buddy as you made a difference in our lives! - Posted by: Donald Finnbogason (friend, hunting partner, "Dusty Rose" (Frank in our wedding party)) on: May 12, 2019

Very sorry for your loss Judy, it was a pleasure to spend time with you both years back when we were working in Government together. I hope you are well and my contact information is included if you would like to touch base. Nice memories of Frank. - Posted by: Susan Peterson (Friend) on: May 12, 2019
