ELLIOT JAMES LEE
June 15, 1950 - May 30, 2019
Elliot was predeceased by his father Victor Lee, and mother Margaret Lee (Tod). He is survived by his wife Susan Lee (Holmstrom); his sons, James (Terri) and Michael; his grandchildren, Julia and Zack, as well as his two brothers-in-law and three sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and extended family.
Elliot and Susan celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on May 19. He would have turned 69 on June 15.
Elliot was born in Winnipeg, where he attended the University of Manitoba and worked for the City of Winnipeg as a mechanic, retiring in 2004. He enjoyed being with his sons, family and friends. He loved going to the lake and was an avid fisherman and hunter. He was always driving his boat any chance he got. He also enjoyed travelling with Susan, and reading books in front of his fireplace.
Elliot was a Scout leader, active in Jaycees, and played in a dart league. He always had DAD jokes for every occasion.
We would like to thank the nurses, health care aides and numerous staff at the Selkirk Regional Hospital.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Elliot's life will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Clandeboye Community Centre, 111 Main Street, Clandeboye, MB.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Elliot's memory can be made to the Selkirk Regional Hospital.
Thank you for your love and support.

My deepest condolences as your family grieve such a loss. I do know your journey will have ups and downs, as mine has since my husband's sudden passing in 2015. Time, faith and memories are precious, hold them close and each other. - Posted by: Ena Clement (Friend) on: Jun 16, 2019
