RONALD OSCAR POERSCH
He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his partner, Lucie, a sister Sharon Lowthian, nieces and nephews.
Ron was predeceased by his brother Gordon and brother-in-law Barry Lowthian.
Ron retired from CNR after 39 years as a machinist. He enjoyed bowling with the CN retirees.
Ron loved sports, having played hockey, football and baseball in his younger years. He was also an avid golfer.
Ron and Lucie spent many winters in Arizona and Texas. They travelled all the continents except Antarctica.
A celebration of Ron's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd.
If friends so desire, donations may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba or Manitoba Lung Association.
