MASAMI KOGA
Masami was born in Port Haney, BC and settled with his family in Manitoba. Masami was predeceased by his parents, Tsuneichiro and Shige Koga; brothers, George and Sam Koga; sister Machiko Koga; and sister-in-law Kathryn Koga. He will be lovingly remembered by his brother David and sister-in-law Carmel Koga; nieces and nephews, Tracy (Kevin), Ward (Susan), Angel (Ashley), Dustin, Tanya (Ken), Todd, Quinton; and their families.
Masami was employed with McLean Electric for over 30 years and upon retirement, volunteered at the Japanese Cultural Centre. In his spare time he enjoyed spending time with his friends at the Winnipeg Trap and Skeet Club.
In accordance with Masami's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Golden Door Geriatric Centre.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Masami, to the Japanese Cultural Centre of Manitoba.
