STEVE RECUNYK

Following a brief stint with cancer, I crossed over to the other side in a Blaze of Glory on July 10, 2019.
I was born to Paul and Olga on April 8, 1953 in Fisher Branch, MB, moved to Selkirk then, at the age of seven, to Winnipeg.
To date I have lost my parents, sisters, Janie and Lynn, and brothers, Len and Cliff. All but Len and Mom were to cancer.
I got into drywall and stucco and never looked back, LOL.
I had many girlfriends but the only one who put up with me was and is Karen, MY ROCK! We thought the same way on almost everything and never argued since I stopped drinking.

Sixteen years of Bliss.
She lit my heart and will now lite the Furnace.
To all my friends, "ADIOS"!
I know you will miss me,
You just don't know it yet.

I worked with Steve and his friends in the drywall business so many years ago, and I also knew his best friend Jerry. My deepest condolences to Karen, and to Steve's family.
