She leaves to mourn, her daughters: Yvonne, Lucienne (Sandy), Simone (Wally), Gloria, BJ (Mark), Giselle (Bill) and two sons, Raymond (Lorie) and John; 31 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Leonie was predeceased by her sons, Lucien and Victor, and daughter Mary.
The family thanks all the staff at Grace Hospital.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 17 at 4:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 4588 Roblin Blvd., Winnipeg. Viewing prior to Mass.
