With great sadness we announce the passing of Lorne Paul on August 28, 2019 at the age of 83.
He will be lovingly remembered by his loving wife Lynda, son Derrick (Karla), daughters, Kim (Randy), Jody Lynn (James) and Georgina (Richard), brothers, John (Lorraine) and Brian (Jackie), sister Sandy (Glen) Morrow, brothers-in-law, Gord Hampton, Bob Wilson and Gord MacPherson, many grandchildren, nieces and nephews, extended family and dear friends. He was predeceased by his father Harvey, mother Mary, sisters, Betty, Lillian and Judy, and brother-in-law Bob Mawby.
A memorial service will be held at Glen Lawn Funeral Home and Cemetery, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow.

So sorry to hear of Lorne's passing. Lorne lived next door to my family on Chevrier Blvd. and later rented a room from us for a few years. He was a kind and helpful person, he taught me how to drive a car in my teen years. Many memories run thru may mind. We lost touch after my parents passing, he married Lynda and I myself married and had a family. My condolences to the family.
