Dad / Pops was a jack-of-all-trades and worked a variety of jobs to running his own business until his retirement in 1977 at the age of 55. Dad / Pops loved the cottage life and everything outdoors: hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and boating on the Bird River.

A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
