  • Walter was a well-respected and decent human being. He had a very kind and gentle way about himself and always had time for joking around! I recall volunteering with Walter at the 2017 Manitoba Marathon. Walter was very active and always giving back to his community in one way or another. Rest easy, Walter. The "morning net" will not be the same without you. - Posted by: Shaun McLeod (VA6SM) (Acquaintance) on: Oct 12, 2019

  • Walter will be greatly missed. I remember having many visits with Walter and Stef over a cup of coffee and some of Stefs wonderful baking. Walter was wealth of knowledge and storied. Unfortunately we will be out of the country on Thursday so I would like to express my condolences. - Posted by: Grant Delaney (Ham Friend) on: Oct 12, 2019
