TERRENCE BUDRICK GARNER
Terry was predeceased by his son Darryl in 2009. He will be lovingly remembered by his beloved wife Marcella, of 58 years, their daughter Lori (Terry) Baker, grandchildren, Allysa Baker, Myles, Haley Garner, and great-grandchildren, Silvio and Arianna Garner.
Terry was a loving husband to Marcella and took care that all her needs were met these last years when she was no longer able to care for herself. He visited her faithfully this past year when she could no longer live at their home. Terry was an excellent cook and gardener, and would share his recipes and bounty gladly. He enjoyed visits from family and friends. You never left empty handed after a visit, whether it was leftovers, vegetables from his garden or a household item he no longer needed. He especially enjoyed visits from his great-grandchildren. He always had their favourite snacks of chips, popcorn and jellybeans ready for them seven days a week.
A celebration of Terry's life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, December 12, 2019 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. Interment will follow at Glen Lawn Cemetery.
Special thanks to Terry's friends, John and Kathy, Andrew and Linda for your friendship and companionship.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Terry to the CancerCare Manitoba Foundation.

Terry will truly be missed - he was a great man who always had something to say. I first met Terry quite a few years ago at my work place when he and Marcella used to come together. I will surely miss him and his "garlic" that he would bring me and of course the chocolate at Xmas time. - Posted by: Jo (friend) on: Dec 16, 2019

Many years ago Terry was a man who I respected and admired. He was my first and only father figure in my life. I owe Terry and Marcella more than I could ever re-pay for the love they had shown me. Wish the best for Marcella through this difficult time and send all my love and prayers to Lori and her family and all of Terry's and Marcella's family. I will never forget Terry and will always have him and Marcella in my heart. Love Brad - Posted by: Brad Monette (friend) on: Dec 13, 2019

Terry will be missed. Always will remember the good times we had at the Oasis Campground and our once a year Oasis group to Grand Forks for a weekend. Was always a great time. Terry was a great cook, and awesome host and a good friend. Deepest sympathies to his family. - Posted by: Paul & Marlene Beaulieu (Friends from the Oasis) on: Dec 11, 2019
