Condolences & Memories (7 entries)

  • It has been five years since Arnie has left us here on earth. He now is an angel among us. I know he continues to smile and laugh with us. This is I know for very often I share a story of Arnie and I when we worked together at Carlson Engineered Composites. Arnie's focus was on the people first, then how the people as the companies most important investment could help contribute to company growth. Arnie's passion, dedication, positive energy, generosity and leadership qualities will live within us that had the luxury of working with him. I think of Arnie often and cherish every moment we had together. Arnie and I would spend sixteen hours together when we were working on projects in the Carfair facilities. This time was full of stories, laughter, brainstorming sessions for growth process development and continuous improvement. Thanks for all Arnie. May God continue to bless you in the Heavens above! There is no quantity of gratitude that can be measured for the time we spent together. May you continue to inspire all in Heaven as you did here on earth. You are dearly missed but never forgotten. - Posted by: Albert Loewen (Friend) on: Dec 16, 2024

  • I was 16 when Arnie first came to work for my family at Carlsons. A humour and smile that could light up a room. He was such a good storyteller and I could never get enough of them. Thank you Arnie for everything. Love you - Posted by: Neil Carlson (Friend) on: Dec 12, 2019
