SANDRA CATHERINE MARIE STARR

August 31, 1960 - January 10, 2020
She is predeceased by her parents, Irene and John Houle; her brothers, Philip and Glenn; her sister Cecilia, her niece Cherisse, and her nephew Jordan.
She will be lovingly missed by her daughter Sabrina (Thomas), Elexcyus, Jaye and her son Sonny, along with many sisters, brothers, cousins, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
Wake service will be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at Kateri Tekakwitha Parish Catholic Church, 548 Home Street, Winnipeg at 7:00 p.m. and the funeral service will also be held at Kateri Tekakwitha Parish Catholic Church on Wednesday, January 15, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. Cremation to follow.

It is with a heavy heart that I write today as I just found out about Sandy's passing, through a chance encounter with her daughter Sabrina. I knew Sandy from Winnipeg and we spent years hanging out together, sharing and building memories. Awesome times with family and friends. I have thought about her often and did get to visit her in 2008 while on a trip to Winnipeg. Sandy was a kind beautiful soul with a great sense of humor. To her family, please know that I share your grief and loss. May the Great Spirit be with us all.
