1940 - 2020
Joan will be forever missed by her two daughters, Carrie (Fern), Dawn (Jason); and her grandson Anton; her two sisters, Dale (Don), Carol (George); brother, Terry (Dorothy); as well as many extended family members.
Joan enjoyed her seasonal site, of 18 years, at Lilac Resort with her daughters, and especially her cherished grandson, Anton. She also enjoyed their annual holidays on Lake of the Woods, walking, shopping, boating, and playing games with family.
The family would like to thank Tom and Gladys Hayward, who were lifelong friends and neighbours to Joan; Maureen for their friendship and time spent together shopping and going to the casino. Also thank you to Dr. Demoissac and the staff at Ste. Anne Hospital.
As per Joan's wishes, a private family celebration will take place.

Carrie and Dawn, we are very sorry to hear of the passing of your mom. I have lots of cherished childhood memories between our two families and of all the time I spent at your house or in the motor home and walking to and from the car wash and DQ with you and your mom.
