Funeral service will take place on Friday, March 6, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. at Henderson Highway. Interment to follow at Green Acres Cemetery for those who wish to attend.

Donald, I’ve been searching for you for many years. Especially when your Birthday was approaching on April 4. Today after exhausting many attempts to find you over the years I checked here, and here you are. Now I’m sad. We met sometime in the 1960s, so it’s been many years. You made a big impact on my life and have left me with many fond memories, I will always remember you with that accordion. Rest In Peace my friend. I met Donald in 1970 at Sherwood Forest Camp near Beausejour. Donald often entertained us with his accordion playing, his stories and his incredible laugh. We were able to reconnect when he moved to a street near mine and have had many musical jams since. Donald had an amazing gift for improvisational singing and the memory of those get togethers will remain with me forever. Such a good person and such a good friend.
