BURNEDETTE BEDARD
January 7, 1953 - August 6, 2020

It's with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Burnedette on August 6, 2020, at St. Boniface Hospital, peacefully with family by her side.
She was predeceased by her mother Doreen and her father Israel.
Burnedette was greatly loved and will be deeply missed by her children, Simone (Jason) and Gabriel (Kalyn); grandchildren, Austin (Holly), Angel, Brandon, Malakai, Cameron, Cassidy and Hunter; her great-grandchildren, Aj, Alena, Aerith, Amaira and Osiris; her siblings, Rosilie (Carl), Gregory, Angelina (Joseph), Andre (Norma), Antionette and Lori; her Auntie Sharon; her godmother Joan Jacobucci, as well as many nieces, nephews and close friends.
Mom was such a loving, caring and selfless person who devoted many years of her life to her family. She was a special kind of person who was always accepting and willing to lend a helping hand to whomever was in need, and she has touched so many lives by the generosity and support she gave over the years.
The family would like to thank the 2E staff at St. Boniface Hospital for their kind and compassionate care.
Celebration of Life as per Mom's wishes will be announced at a later date.

Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • Our Family sends our Condolences to the Bedard Family, Our Families have known each other since we were young kids spending much time at Colmers Park. May you rest in Peace Bernie. - Posted by: Linda Konchuk (Long Family Friends) on: Aug 13, 2020

  • Bernie, as I called her was the nicest person whom I've had the privilege of calling "my freind". We shared many many weekends together, she and her family were like my own family. Sadly, people slip away from each other. So that is my worst regret. Before she passed, we talked on the phone about going to Foody Goody for Chinese (she said it was a favorite, for me as well). I'm so sorry we won't make it there now! She will be so greatly missed! I know she would have liked my new husband. He is Christian like me. Bernadette Bedard, a woman with a beautiful heart!! ❤ GOD BLESS her!! - Posted by: Susan Aleck (Longtime freind of family) on: Aug 12, 2020
