NATALIE KAREN LYPKA
April 26, 1963 - September 1, 2020

Words cannot fully express the sadness that surrounds this announcement of the passing of Natalie Lypka.
Natalie was the beloved mother of Celiese Lypka (Mike Evans) and baba (grandmother) of Chase Lypka-Evans. She has left this world too soon and leaves behind many heavy hearts.
Natalie was kind-hearted, caring, strong-willed, passionate, and immensely loyal. Perhaps her greatest trait, although there were many, was that she was never afraid to be herself. She worked hard throughout her life and was determined to overcome any obstacle that came her way. Her best days were filled with family and friends, whom she cherished deeply, and who always gave her a tremendous amount of support, especially in her most difficult days these past two years. Her spirit and capacity for love were larger than life and it is of great comfort to know that this, thankfully, is something that time will not be able to erase.
As per her wishes, she has been cremated and there will be no formal service. A Celebration of Life will be held on the first anniversary of her passing.

  • I am not sure how I missed the news of Natalie's passing until now. Natalie and I were coworkers at Carpathia CU where we connected instantly. We shared many lunch breaks together. Natalie was one of my favourite coworkers and I am grateful for the times we spent together and for her positive influence on my outlook in life. My deepest condolences to Celiese. - Posted by: Uliana (Coworker) on: Jan 07, 2025

  • Natalie... wow, what a spirit. I always looked forward to our salon visits. I felt like I had known Natalie for years after only one appointment with me. She always was up for something fun and wild and her love for her family and foster children was always so apparent. I loved listening to her stories and learning from her wisdom. I will miss her. Sending lots of love to her friends and family xo - Posted by: Colleen Lamirande (Hairstylist) on: Nov 29, 2020

  • I met Natalie through my sister-in-law Donna many years ago. I'm extremely sorry for your loss Celiese and family, it was far too early for you to lose your mother, mother-in-law and grandmother. • I am so sad and heartbroken of the loss of my beautiful friend. She was so much fun, we had great travels around Europe and just our lives together as friends was a blessing. She is a great mom and raised such a wonderful daughter Celiese who was by her side during her battle and I thank her so much for that. Bratty Natalie her friends would call her and she loved it. I will miss you my girl. Those Free Bird wings are opened wide and soaring the skies keeping a close eye on us, you will be with me always. I love you! - Posted by: Karen Peacock (One of her Best Friends) on: Sep 15, 2020

  • Dear Celiese and family. We are so sorry for your loss and our hearts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Natalie was our neighbor and we connected through her cat Petrie (R.I.P). Petrie always sat on our front steps that some people thought he was our cat. Natalie always knew where to find him. She was a beautiful woman and will be missed. - Posted by: Angie Kudlak & Brandon Kudlak (Neighbors) on: Sep 13, 2020
