STRACHAN:Harold James Strachan; of Hamiota,Manitoba; beloved husband of Florence; father of Murray (Carolyne), Calvin (Evie), Linda (Bob) Wickens, Judy (Greg) Rahn; grandfather of Megan and Michael Strachan, Whitney and Morgan Strachan, Jason, Matt, Shawn Wickens, Katherine (Jess) Senniker, Steven Rahn; great grandfather of Lauren Senniker; passed away at Brandon Regional Health Centre, Brandon, Manitoba on Thursday, January 6, 2011 at 81 years of age. A service to celebrate Harold's life will be held at the Hamiota Community Centre, Hamiota, Manitoba on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at 2:00 PM. A private family interment will take place at the Hamiota Cemetery. The service will be followed by a time of fellowship and refreshments. For those so desiring, donations may be made in Harold's Memory to the Canadian Diabetes Association - Westman, 727B 10th St, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 4G7 or to a charity of one's choice.
