REGINA DELORME
Feb. 24, 1925-Oct. 15, 2018
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Regina Delorme, at the age of 93, on Monday, Oct. 15, 2018, at Villa Youville Personal Care Home, Ste Anne, MB.
Regina will be missed and remembered by her daughters, Doris (Rick) and Pat (John); sons, John (Rosanne), Roger (Lori), Paul, Bill and Dennis. She also leaves to remember her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband Amable in December of 2000 whom she truly missed along with two sons, Albert and Gerald.
Mom and Dad married on June 29, 1946 and settled in Marchand, MB to raise their family.
Mom was a strong-willed woman who loved her children dearly.
She also loved her pets, playing bingo, cards and lotto tickets. When Mom was younger she also loved to dance.
Mom enjoyed making hand-made rugs with wool and clothing and selling many of them to family and friends.
Mom’s health started to decline resulting in the decision to admit her to the Villa in Ste Anne.
The family would like to express a special thanks to our brother Dennis and our sister Doris for all the time, love and support they provided for our mother.
We, the family, would like to thank all the staff that took part in the exceptional care and kindness they provided to mom.
Our family has truly been blessed that she lived a long, healthy and fulfilling life.
We love you Mom and you will forever be in our hearts.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
