  • I have known Norma and Miles since the early 70's.A bunch of us guys and gals were into souped-up cars and would get together almost every night. Although over time I drifted away from the gang, I can never forget Norma. She was always so cheerful and bubbly like she never had a care in the world. And that Smile ... She had a smile that you could never forget. I'm sure all that knew her would agree. My condolences to Miles and his family. Miles , you are a very lucky man to have had all these years with Norma. I think you are the reason she was always smiling. Take care my friend .. Daryl - Posted by: Daryl Lozenski (Friend) on: Oct 26, 2020

  • My condolences go out to Norma's family. I grew up with Norma on Harold Ave. and spent a lot of time with her and her family. A lot of good times. - Posted by: Bonnie Dowbyhuz (Friend from the past) on: Oct 26, 2020

  • I am so sorry to hear of Norma’s passing. Norma and I were inseparable during our school years. I spent a lot of time at the Denomme home. I remember when Norma’s Mom would be making perogies and Norma would take a piece of raw dough put ketchup on it and eat it. And our Mom’s would use the same dress patterns so that we both wore the identical dress to school dances. We had some fun times. My heartfelt sympathy to all of the family. - Posted by: Yvonne Zihrul(Bazylo) (High school friend) on: Oct 25, 2020

  • My deepest sympathies to the Denomme and Babisky families. Our family grew up on Regent Ave. and although I left Transcona years ago, I have many fond memories of those times. I believe it was at Wayota School where Janis and I were referred to as Janis with an "is" and Janice with and "ice." Our thoughts and prayers are with you. - Posted by: Janice Hoffman (Campbell) (Neighbours) on: Oct 24, 2020

  • Miles, Shar and All the family. I hope your wonderful memories of your wife, mother, sister, daughter, and daughter-in-law will warm your broken hearts. Norma was a beautiful young lady whom I met as a neighbor many years ago. She had a sparkly smile and laugh and will not be forgotten. If she could have stayed longer she would have as she was a strong lady. My sincerest condolences. - Posted by: Carol Chudley (Friend) on: Oct 24, 2020
