Sissel leaves behind, her husband, Ernie; daughter, Donna (Lars); son, Ian (Liz); grandchildren, Nichole (Adam), Jonathan, Stephen, and great-grandchild, Savannah.
The family would like to thank Dr. Green, Dr. Penner, the staff at Riverview Health Care and Grace Hospice for all their help and support.
In accordance with Sissel's wishes, cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, as tokens of sympathy, donations in memory of Sissel may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9.

Our deepest condolences to Ernie, Ian, Donna and their families. Sissel always made our whole family feel very welcome when we visited. She was a wonderful friend to our parents and was a great support to our Mom when our Dad passed away. She was a lovely person and will be missed.
