ERIKA QUOSS

We sadly announce the passing of Erika Irma Quoss on May 4, 2021.
Born October 5, 1925 Erika was a wife, mother, sister and daughter, and is survived by her son Friedrich Quoss and his wife Patricia. Predeceased by her husband Emil, her parents, Herman and Marie Blessing, and sisters, Rosie, Trautel, Herta and Margot.
Mom had a passion for gardening and loved to give her family and friends her harvest. Born in Germany she loved to travel back to visit with family, as well as Hawaii. She loved to gather with family and friends, and always put on a hearty spread for all. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her and forever in our hearts!
A private funeral will take place May 11 at Chapel Lawn.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Kidney Foundation.

  • Our family were friends and neighbours of Emil and Erika for many years. I remember the visits and the excitement that their dreams came true and Freddie came along. Freddie, you were their delight and put a hop in their step. They were both so proud of you. Erika was a hard worker and a beautiful person.
