BARBARA KLASSEN-SIIS
Barb was born on June 24, 1955 in Crystal City. She grew up on the farm at Snowflake and attended school at Star Mound, Snowflake and Crystal City.
Barb married Brian Siis in 1983.
She leaves to mourn their four daughters, Samm Shore (Tyler), Angela Siis (Jeff), Brianna Ly (Kong) and Jennifer Siis; grandchildren, Tristan, Evan, Hunter, Fred, David and Anna. She also leaves to mourn her passing, her siblings, Dianne (Jake) Ginter, Sharon Rombough, Bob (Darleen) Klassen.
Barb was predeceased by her dad in 1958, her mom in 2000 and brother Al in 2010.
Burial will take place in Crystal City Cemetery in the springtime.

Barb must have stopped in to say goodbye, I recall waking up thinking of her on the 5th. I first met her at age 16, last saw her 2001 when she visited Gibsons, BC. My condolences to the Family. Barb was my friend for nearly 40 years. Some years we were distanced, but she was never far from my heart. Barb was a gentle soul, a good listener, and she acknowledged and applauded even the smallest of one's achievements. She was humble and grateful, and always willing to share. I admired her ability to make a comfortable home out of very little. She had a special talent for creating a sacred space, a place of comfort for all who cared to visit.
