He is lovingly remembered by his children Dale, Debbie, Howard, Dean and Jerry. Elmer was predeceased by his wife Shirley. A Funeral Service will be held Monday, November 14, 2022 at the Shamrock Centre in Killarney, Manitoba at 2:00 p.m. Viewing will be held at the church prior to the service. Interment will take place a Ninga Cemetery, Ninga, Manitoba. A live stream link will be available on our website just prior to the service.
