May 3, 1946 - February 15, 2023
The Slack family is saddened to announce that Gail passed away in our loving arms, on February 15, 2023, after a brief battle with cancer.
Gail was born in Winnipeg, MB but called Calgary, AB home for 32 years before moving to the Okotoks, AB area.
Gail will be lovingly remembered by her devoted husband of 51 years, Allan; her children, Joanne (Doug Gorin), Greg, Laura (Lorne Michael) Jordan; her grandchildren, Julia, Tayler and Tyler Jordan; her brother Len (Sharon Bunny Leblanc) Isbister. She will also be missed by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A celebration of Gail's life will be held in Calgary at Eden Brook Funeral Home on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. By special request, Gail asked that everyone attending please wear something blue. The service will be live streamed for those who wish to attend from afar. Please contact the family for the live stream link.
