MONA HAZEL SMYTH
Peacefully on March 23, 2023, Mona passed away at the age of 91 years.
Mona was born on September 3, 1931. She grew up and lived in Oak Bank and worked in Winnipeg for the Federal and British Governments. She loved the outdoors, flowers, animals, and as a young lady she was a great swimmer, lifeguard and an accomplished fencer.
Mona will be missed by her cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Melville and Minnie and her siblings.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the Oak Bank United Church, 582 Balsam Crescent in Oak Bank. A private burial will take place at Sunnyside Cemetery.
