On August 26, 2023, our beautiful Angel Sheila spread her wings for her next journey. She had made Costa Rica her home and flourished there for over 21 years. She is now free of pain and suffering and guiding us from above.
Sheila was a gifted woman, her path was filled with opportunities which included journalism and interior design, but she soon learned her real passion was helping others, including feeding the less fortunate and assisting people through addictions counselling.
Sheila is survived by her "momma and pops", Judith and Gordon, her sister Laurie, her brothers Jeff (Shelley), Russ (Amanda), Rod, and her nieces and nephews, Danielle, Tyler, Austin, Haley, and Ryan. She leaves behind many extended family and friends.
A special thank you to Dianne, her soul bro Jeff and Nadine for always supporting her and her angels Laura, Annie, and Carlos who continued to take care of and support her in Costa Rica.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Siloam Mission in memory of Sheila's dedication to helping others.

Sheila and I built a rather strong friendship throughout high school. We laughed all the time. Sheila had a smile that lit up a room and that smile seemed to always be present, We may have went our separate ways but I know that those years that Sheila and I spent together helped form the woman I am today.
