• It is with much sadness and a heavy heart that I say goodbye to a dear friend. I met Belinda when i was just a little girl, I looked up to her, this beautiful, successful, fashionable lady who was so full of love and life. I will always remember her warm hugs, her vibrant laugh and the way she used to lovingly call me Turd. She would always send me of with a “Be good kid or Love you kid”. • I was shocked to see Belinda’s picture in the Obituary section. I last saw Belinda on June 22 when she had cake for friends at Laura’s. I was just thinking of her this week, and thought I should give her a call to see how she was doing. I shopped at Laura’s for years and Belinda always looked after me. • I am so sorry to hear of Belinda’s passing. What a precious person she was… so full of life so giving of herself, generous with smiles and laughter. For me Belinda was the face of Laura’s and without her things will not be the same. Over the years she welcomed family members into the store and was always most helpful in finding that perfect outfit. Belinda enjoyed seeing the clothes on. She loved a fashion show and never seemed to tire bringing more clothes in. How sad it is to say goodbye. Rest in peace Belinda.
