Joyce Williamson passed away peacefully on September 15, 2023, at Hospice House, Kelowna, BC, at the age of 94.
She was predeceased by her loving husband, Harvey, on January 2, 1999. Joyce is survived by her sister, Audrey Gilpin (Toronto, ON), and predeceased by her parents, Horace and Elsie Gilpin, and three siblings, Kenneth, Grace and Glen.
Our dear friend Joyce was elegant, classic, and dignified. She loved to travel and wasn’t afraid to do so by herself, even at the age of 93! Joyce was independent and always had a plan. Yet, whenever changes came, she accepted them calmly, courageously, graciously… and, with a plan. Above all else, Joyce will be remembered for her faithfulness to Jehovah, her zeal, integrity, and reliability. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 625 Franklyn Road, Kelowna, BC.
